Gilbert was diagnosed with AT/RT Brain Cancer in April'24, when he was only 10 months young. Initial diagnosis gave him a three to six months survival timeframe, if no treatment was administered. The Paediatric Oncology team from UMMC, Ward Personnel, Palliative Care and Hospice Malaysia provided their utmost best to support Gilbert's healing. Gilbert just turned 3 years in July'26. He has already spent 1/3rd of his young life in paediatric wards, coupled with intense therapy sessions to counter the effects of surgeries, chemotherapy & radiotherapy. We aim to share our experience to those in need, GoBald and to play our part in this fund raising effort as gratitude to those who have humbly assisted us, currently and in the past.
